If you’ve chosen the transfer option, your experience will begin comfortably right from your hotel or apartment.
A private driver will pick you up and take you exclusively to the starting point of the tour.
There, our guide will welcome you, with your e-bikes ready to go.
You’ll begin an immersive ride through forests and wild nature, pedaling toward the heart of the mountains.
The destination? The Fontina visitor center in Ollomont, where tradition comes to life.

At the end of the experience, you’ll return by e-bike to the starting point, where your driver will be waiting to take you back comfortably to your accommodation.

The meeting point will be arranged based on availability and the composition of the group.
The route follows unpaved roads and scenic trails through nature—forests, pastures, and mountain views—and is suitable for everyone, even those trying an e-bike for the first time.
Accompanied by a dedicated guide, you’ll ride through an authentic, unspoiled landscape all the way to Ollomont, where you’ll visit the Fontina cheese visitor center.
There, you’ll discover the secrets behind one of the most iconic products of the Aosta Valley through an engaging guided tour.
To end the experience, you’ll enjoy a tasting of selected local Fontina cheeses—a flavorful moment steeped in tradition, perfectly in harmony with the land around you.

Do I need experience with mountain biking or e-biking to join?
No, no specific experience is required.
The route is suitable even for those trying an e-bike for the first time. Before departure, you’ll receive full instructions on how to use the bike safely and ride with confidence throughout the tour.
Is the e-bike included in the experience price?
Yes, all our experiences include e-bike rental, helmet, and—if needed—bike transport to the meeting point.
Is the tour private or group-based?
The tour is private: you will have a guide exclusively dedicated to you, allowing you to enjoy the experience in total freedom and at your own pace. If you’re interested in group experiences, you can check our calendar for specific dates featuring shared tours at a reduced price.
What time do the tours start?
Times may vary depending on the experience.
The tour described above, for example, is recommended from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Panoramic or high-altitude tours usually start in the morning, around 9:00 AM.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the experience may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Can children join the experience?
Yes, we offer e-bikes for teens and trailers for young children (from 12 months to 6 years old).
Some more challenging tours are not recommended for very young participants — feel free to contact us for personalized advice.
What does the Ride & Taste tour tasting include?
The tasting includes 3 selected local wines and a mixed Aosta Valley platter featuring traditional products.
The experience takes place in an exclusive location within a vineyard.
How can I book and how far in advance should I do it?
At the moment, bookings can only be made through our team, as the website does not yet support online purchases.
However, we guarantee a prompt response via email, and you are also welcome to call us directly for any questions or assistance. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during high season, to ensure availability.
Is the transfer to the tour starting point included?
For some experiences, such as Ride & Taste, e-bike transport to the meeting point (e.g. Gressan or Saint-Pierre) is included.
If you also need passenger transfer to/from your accommodation, we can arrange it on request, with an additional cost.
How much does the transfer service cost?
The cost of the transfer depends on the distance and the number of participants.
For example, a private transfer from Aosta to the tour starting point starts at around €20 per person (minimum 2 people), one way. Please contact us in advance to receive a personalized quote based on your location and group needs.
