Flight Duration & Accessibility
The panoramic flight lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the chosen itinerary, and can accommodate up to 5 passengers on board.

The experience is suitable for everyone, but recommended for ages 10 and up.
In some cases, and at lower altitudes, children aged 4 and above may also participate, subject to approval by the organizers.

Clothing & Personal Items
Please wear comfortable, season-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.
Large bags or backpacks are not allowed on board, but you may bring a camera or smartphone — taking photos and videos during the flight is not only allowed, it’s highly encouraged!

Onboard Experience
Each passenger will be equipped with a headset and microphone to communicate with the pilot and other passengers during the flight. Pets are not allowed, and for safety reasons, smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited before and during the experience.

Weather Policy
In case of bad weather or unsafe flying conditions, the experience will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Seasonality & Timing
Flights are available all year round.
However, in winter, helicopters are often used for heliski operations in the morning; therefore, panoramic flights are mainly scheduled in the afternoon.

Weather & Visibility
Flight operations depend on weather and visibility conditions (especially clouds or fog).
In case of bad weather, flights may be rescheduled or refunded.

ID Requirements
A valid ID card or passport must be presented at check-in before the flight.

Minimum Age
Minimum age: 10 years.
Children aged 4 to 9 may participate at lower altitudes, subject to approval by the organizers.

Physical Requirements
Participants must be in good general health and able to get in and out of the helicopter independently.

Recommended Clothing
Wear comfortable, alpine-appropriate clothing (e.g., windbreaker, closed shoes).
Gloves and sunglasses are also recommended, especially in snowy conditions.

Luggage
Only small backpacks or bags are allowed on board.
