Is it possible to request a tailor-made tour?
Yes, it is possible to organize a customized tour based on your preferences. Whether it’s a scenic flight over a specific peak or a fully tailor-made private experience, we’ll be happy to design the perfect itinerary for you. Contact us to explore the available options together.
Are prices per person or per flight?
It depends on the type of experience. For private flights, the price is per flight, regardless of the number of passengers (up to 5 people). For “single seat” flights, the price is per person, and the flight is confirmed only once the minimum number of participants is reached.
How early should I reserve to ensure availability?
To ensure availability—especially during high season or for private flights—it is recommended to book at least one week in advance. For single-seat flights, it is best to book as soon as the schedule of available dates is published.
Is there a minimum or maximum age to join the flight?
Yes. For standard scenic flights, children aged 10 and above are allowed. In some cases, lower-altitude flights may be available for children aged 4 and up, subject to approval by the organizers. There is no maximum age limit, but good general physical condition is required.
What type of clothing is recommended?
Comfortable, warm clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Although the helicopter cabin is heated, bringing a windproof jacket is advisable for any waiting time outdoors.
Is photography or video recording allowed during the flight?
Absolutely yes! The flight offers breathtaking views, and you are welcome to take photos and videos. We recommend using securely fastened devices.
Can passengers communicate on board during the flight?
Yes. Each passenger will be provided with a headset and microphone, allowing communication with the pilot and other passengers during the flight.
What happens in case of bad weather or flight cancellation?
In case of adverse weather conditions or operational issues that prevent the flight from taking place, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule on another available date, at their discretion.
When are the flights operated?
Private flights are available year-round, weather permitting. Single-seat flights are operated only on selected dates, as indicated in the published calendar.
